The manager at this location lacks any customer service skills and should be fired immediately !! She was extremely rude and embarrassed me in front of my friends. No idea what was going on with her but she clearly lacks listening skills, patience and any understanding of her customers. In her mind the customer is always wrong. Don’t shop at this location unless you want to be approached by a cranky witch!!

The people who work at this store are fantastic!!! I had dropped my gift card while shopping and I was devastated, thinking there was little hope of finding it. When I came back to the store hours later, as soon as I asked if anyone has found a gift card, they already knew and took me to the register, where they held onto it for me. The team at this store clearly has great communication and coordination. The educator who helped me at the register was so kind and friendly. She was also very responsible and thoughtful to verify the info on the gift card with me to make sure it’s mine, which I appreciated. A huge THANK YOU to the wonderful educators at this store!!!

If you are looking for customer service at all, don’t visit this store. The cashier and manager were extremely rude and condescending. I’ve been to lots of lululemon location and spent thousands of dollars here, and I think I’m ready to take my business somewhere else. What I kept hearing was essentially, you are wrong and ridiculous and we don’t want to hear your opinion. Most frustrating experience I’ve had at any stores.

Never had a bad experience in this store before until today. Security and some floor staff was friendly, others were rude just stared and didn’t even greet me!

I ordered a pair of shoes online to be shipped to Florida. I got a pair of shoes, out of a box, dirty and clearly second handed. And the worst part is when I try to get them on the phone they don’t pick up. Awful experience!

This one star is only for customer service in this store. Today I tried to return one sale item. As part of member benefits, sale item should be at least refunded to a gift card. But no, not in this store, which was a very first time to me. The manager insisted that a sale item could ONLY be exchanged to a sale item in store. To a gift card? No, impossible. So heads-up to anyone planning to do a return here.
